Erin M. Karp,
founder of

businesses and individuals.
Erin's work focuses on intellectual property transactions,
including drafting and negotiating software development,
licensing, bundling and distribution agreements, asset
purchase and sale agreements, stock purchase and sale
agreements, and trademark registration and protection.
Erin advises clients on strategies for protecting and
exploiting intellectual property assets, drafting and
negotiating independent contractor and reseller
agreements, the formation of business entities (including
selecting the form of entity), business
licensing and development of business strategies, as well
as corporate management and operations.
Prior to founding Karp Business Law, Erin was an
associate for six years with Steiner Norris PLLC in
their business and intellectual property group. Erin
has also worked for the King County
Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on complex commercial
litigation. |
